● Learn how to identify when your inner critic is speaking and how to override her voice!
● Tools to draw upon when you’re faced with challenges in both your business and your everyday life. You’ll learn how to gently lift yourself out of difficult moments, with practical tips to help you get back on track and move forwards with confidence
What the package includes:
✔ A 60-90 minute initial call where we’ll dive into what stage you’re at with your business idea, explore what’s been holding you back and dig into why you’re struggling to move forward
✔ 4 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions. In these focused sessions, we’ll start to uncover the mental blocks, hidden fears and internal stories that are keeping you stuck
✔ Look at what tasks are most important in your business right now and workout what’s stopping you from starting them
✔ Email support in between sessions
✔ Access to a Google Drive of worksheets
✔ Meditation and journaling prompts to start teaching your body that it’s safe to start making these steps towards your dream!
